Therapist and Educator

With rather too many years in the industry, I have decided
to work on one of my own mantras I always say to my students: Be
passionate, do your best, do what you enjoy and what you are good at,
while providing the best ethical experience you possibly can.

Over the last few years I have allowed myself to get drawn into the
career ladder and my life purpose has been side-lined. Now with
gratitude to my current situation, I have been given an amazing
opportunity.

Spending time with friends, family, clients, students and work
colleagues, being outside and upside down on the Yoga mat has
empowered me to remember the times when I was a Holistic Therapy tutor
in London in the 90’s knowing which oil to choose, which area to press
and most of all to give an amazing treatment.

My hope is that I can use my skills to deliver the best experience and
treatment possible

I’ve just had a 90 minute relaxation massage with Cathryn and it was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was clear from the start that she really knows what she’s doing. She seemed to instinctively know exactly where to work to help me relax and was very open to tailoring the massage to what I needed rather than following a set routine.

Cathryn struck the perfect balance between being warm, caring and professional. She was happy to chat but also completely comfortable with quiet, which made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I asked for some deeper work in a few areas and she was excellent, working out knots in my shoulders and helping with neck stretches that made a real difference.

I left feeling completely relaxed and very happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
